What’s Covered?
- Frames: We’ll repair or replace any broken or damaged frames within one year of purchase.
- Lenses: All lens damage will be remade with the same prescription, ensuring you don’t miss a beat.
- Lost/stolen coverage for kids: Coverage includes lost or stolen “Charlie” frames or lenses for kids under 18 within one year of the original purchase.

- Lost or stolen coverage for adults*
- Intentional damage or misuse
- Products purchased over one year ago

BCO Eyewear Protection Plan Details
Term and Scope of Coverage:
The BCO Eyewear Protection Plan provides repair or replacement for frames and lenses damaged by accidental breakage or normal wear and tear within one year of the original purchase date. This plan is available exclusively for eyewear bought at Big City Optical and requires a co-pay of $50 per frame or lens repair.
Eligibility and Enrollment:
Customers can enroll in the plan when purchasing their eyewear by paying a $34.99 enrollment fee. The plan must be purchased the same day as the eyewear and is non-transferable, applying only to the original purchaser.
Warranty Claims and Co-Pay:
To file a claim, simply bring the damaged eyewear to a Big City Optical location for inspection. There will be a $50 co-pay for each frame or lens repair. Big City Optical reserves the sole discretion to decide whether the eyewear will be repaired or replaced under the plan.
