Services
At Big City Optical, we deliver personalized health services that cater to your needs and preferences. We want to enhance the patient experience and make your eye care as convenient as possible — with our cutting-edge digital eye exams that can be completed from anywhere and our 19 locations situated throughout the city, you can receive expert, high-tech eye care on your own terms.
Eye Exams
The eye doctors and staff at Big City Optical are deeply committed to providing quality comprehensive eye exams, available digitally and in-person. During your exam, you will have your vision closely evaluated and prescription updated as needed. Then we will carefully monitor your corneal surface and eyes to identify any potential health concerns. We also adapt our exams to the patient — those with special concerns, like aged eyes or patients with diabetes, will receive extra tests to ensure their vision is clear and eyes are healthy.
Myopia Management
Also known as nearsightedness, myopia is a common eye condition that typically starts in childhood. Eyeglasses can correct vision for those with myopia, but they can’t fix the condition’s root causes. Because every case develops differently based on genetics, lifestyle, and age, our team has plenty of excellent tools to design myopia treatment plans customized to each patient. We have everything that your child needs to experience clear, comfortable vision and a lifetime of reduced eye disease risk.
Eye Disease Management
Our team at Big City Optical specializes in managing a large range of eye conditions, including, but not limited to, glaucoma, dry eye, myopia, astigmatism, and macular degeneration. Backed by state-of-the-art technology, our eye doctors have everything necessary under one roof to tackle even the most stubborn eye diseases, so you can enjoy healthy eyes, clear sight, and sound peace of mind.
.
Eye Emergencies
All our locations are fully prepared to handle eye emergencies during business hours only — for cases we cannot treat, our staff has an excellent referral network so you can get the timely care you need. If you or a loved one suffers a critical eye emergency, please call or visit any of our locations immediately.
Surgery Co-Management
Our large presence and excellent team of reliable eye doctors has allowed us to develop excellent relationships with eye surgeons and ophthalmologists in the area. We know surgery is scary, which is why we go the extra mile to communicate closely with your surgeon, and we prioritize educating, informing, and reassuring our clients along every step of the way.
